I had called to make an appointment and talked about sedation dentistry because of severe anxiety around the dentist. The receptionist set me up and I thought everything was great and had eased my mind. She calls today, a day before my appt, and says they don't even do sedation dentistry. She then gave me a number for someone else who doesn't do anything but oral surgery, when I just need a cleaning and check up. I had my first consult today with Dr. Dixon! He was amazing, explained everything thoroughly that needed to be completed with my treatment. The entire NKC dental team was exceptional. Easy check in , lots of smiles. I felt incredibly relaxed and secure. Definitely found my new dental group.
I always feel at ease coming here for dental care. The staff is genuinely kind, and my dental hygienist goes above and beyond every time. I’m so loyal to this office that I even switched insurance just to keep coming. That’s how much I value the way they treat their patients. With respect, care, and consistency.
