I left the clinic today so impressed that I’m writing my first-ever Google review. TL;DR — next-day availability, friendly staff, reasonable prices, and an overall great experience. I was able to book my appointment online just yesterday. Their website lets you select a Morning, Afternoon, or Evening time window, and after submitting the request, they email you to confirm an exact appointment time. The whole process was very easy. They're always super friendly. I bring in like three cats and I've never had a problem with them. I really like going here. They even have a sister vet clinic that's also reasonably priced. I highly recommend this for regular checkups etc because the price is so reasonable.

I see a lot of reviews of pet owners attempting to explain their experience only to be met with responses from staff and owners of what they think happened from their perspective. You would think after so many bad reviews that ownership would take the opportunity to make up for some of these cases or at least offer some type of compensation. I’ve seen several pet owners reviews that were fearful of their pets lives that eventually did pass and it’s so unfortunate. I absolutely love this animal clinic. They were so kind and understanding with our care. I have a shiba inu which are notorious for screaming and being dramatic and they were so calm and gentle with her which is unmatched to other vets and animal hospitals I’ve been to. You all rock!!
