Today was my daughter’s 5th birthday, my wife and I decided to make it memorable with her very first manicure and pedicure at NK Nail. The entire staff made her feel like the birthday girl she is—they surprised her with a cupcake, sang to her, and treated her with genuine warmth and care. Every detail was handled beautifully. Thank you for creating a moment she’ll remember for years to come. I highly recommend
My 15yo stopped nail biting so I treated her to a manicure while I ran errands. She made an appointment and then waited for over 30 minute past appointment time for them to even acknowledge her. I wrote down what to ask for (spa gel manicure). They basically TOLD her what she was getting and took advantage of her naivete, insisting she wanted a gel-x manicure even as she protested while they cut all her new natural nails off. Haeng did a great job.
My experiences have been fine in the past but the last few times haven't been great. I make an appointment 90% of the time and whenever I walk in, it always seems like a surprise I'm there, like I never made an appointment and they're not expecting me. My last pedicure was fine, when I scheduled online, I chose which one I wanted and then I get asked what I want before I sit down. I got the luxury pedicure and it was nothing special.
