I was seen for throat pain. I was given no prescription and was told to go home and drink tea.. My blood pressure was never taken....now i have to go to Harrison for proper treatment. So displeased.
Every time I go here we have had excellent care but not this time. I took my son in due to being very sick for 2 weeks. The PA said he heard wheezing but it didn’t sound bad enough to take X-ray and said to increase inhaler. That was it, he wasn’t concerned because my son had no fever. I was still worried so I took my son to a different urgent care and guess what? My son tested positive to the flu and bacterial pneumonia with a temperature of 98.7.
