Could not recommend NK Car Sales enough, no pressure to buy got left alone whilst we looked around car and took for test drive. Ive now had my car about 7 weeks the initial buying experience was very good. After 2 days of having the car the ABS light came on, and I couldn't find the locking wheel nut , txt and emailed but no response, after a couple of days got a reply said would ask his mechanic. Another week past had a reply, basically saying he never leaves them out have you had a thorough look. Once you part money with this crew you're snookered , warranty with Blackstar not worth a carrot , wouldnt recommend this firm 1 iota , 10k for a car with 12 months not and brake pads down to metal , stay clear.Furthermore Brakes binding and squeaking, front discs ,front and rear pads had to be replaced ,after less than 400 miles , Black Star warranties only contactable via emails. This car sold to me with a 12 month MOT with no advisories although brakes were shot , now getting poor excuses for bad customer service. Car fin... read more
