NK Air replaced my ducted heating unit when old one developed issues. They were on time, communicated well and did work properly without any rush. Pretty happy with their service. Will call them again if needed. Kudos to Naveen and Surjeet for running things efficiently.
NK Air contacted me within 10 minutes of my job going live on HiPages. Two days later they visited the site to quote the job. I was promised a quote that afternoon. Two days later they still hadn't quoted. I contacted them and was promised a quote that afternoon. Once again the quote never arrived. Lots of over promising and no delivery. If they don't want the job or can't do the job they should just be honest about it instead of wasting everyones time.
Friendly service , quick to respond and replace our ducted heating , wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Naveem and his wonderful team .
