Naveem and his colleague are the BEST! They are extremely thorough, and did a magnificent job of cleaning our older model, very dirty air conditioner. I am going to pass on their details to all my friends, and I highly recommend NK Air for all air conditioning servicing. Thank you, Naveem!
Pros: quick response, came to quote reasonably quickly, competitive quote, friendly staff, offered the brands we wanted, reasonable clean up after the job. Cons: forgot to include part of the quote until job was done so had to pay extra to the quoted price, came later than they said they would on the day, electrician didn't finish the work until 9pm so we had no lights until then (4/5hr quote took 9.5hr), electrician asked to store his alcohol in our fridge.
Strongly recommend NK AIR. Removed our gas duct system and installed a Mitsubishi split system - 5 units. Naveen and his team are unbelievably efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Completed the work in one day. Competitive cost.
