I could not get past the rude conversation during the estimate. Obviously, this guy has an issue with who he wants to do business with. His statement "quite frankly, I'm not hurting for business so I would not even take your project because the cost of remodeling basements are skyrocketing". He made an assumption that I would not be able to afford a remodel by his company.
