Whoever was driving this car on Berlin Cross keys at 6:45 a.m. drives like a maniac. He went well above the speed limit and couldn't stay straight in a lane.
Our air conditioner stopped working. I left a message after working hours, they returned my call the next day before noon, and fit me into their schedule the following business day. Technician was great, very knowledgeable, explained the issue to me and he had the part in his truck. I will only call NJP when I have a heating or air conditioning need. Thanks!!!
The guys at NJP did an amazing job throughout the whole process. From Nicks very professional sales consultation to the installation, everything was executed in a highly professional and timely manner. First inquiry on Tuesday and Friday the same week a completely new system is installed. I can highly recommend their team and services. Thank you so much!
I would like to add to the 100% 5 star reviews. A few days ago, our heating system broke. I called the office the following morning, received a return call within an hour, and by 1 PM, Sal was at my house fixing the problem. He was courteous, extremely professional, and apparently very competent as he was able to diagnose the problem and repair it without needing any expensive parts. I was also pleasantly shocked when I received the invoice because it was much less than I was expecting!
