This is ridiculous how NJM hikes my premiums on history’s of the car before I even have the car.I bought a pre-owned car one year later,now 6 years later how strange🤮they sent me a policy make payment already now 2 months later send me a new policy increase my policy change payment on me 6 years now same thing happened every year how irrelevant is this 😭
When I called NJM with an inquiry, I was assisted by a Ms. Olivia—at least, that is how she introduced herself at the end of the call. I asked whether I was entitled to any credit now that I had become the sole owner of my vehicle. She initially said yes; however, after verifying my identity and checking all the relevant information, she stated that I was not—meaning 30 minutes of my time were wasted. I suggest providing better training.
NJM is an insurance broker filled out information on website they recommended Progressive auto insurance funny I already have Progressive auto insurance which I consider to high for a retired couple with no accidents or tickets or duis or dwis ever .
So expensive..After calling them for a policy review the only solution they offer is for you to have really high deductibles and horrible coverage.
