Absolutely horrible company. The best part about NJM is finally leaving them. Whatever you do, do not sign up with them. They are hands down the most frustrating and unhelpful insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. Communication is a nightmare, support is non-existent, and they make every process harder than it needs to be. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere you’ll thank yourself later.

Everyone who had this insurances and listen to the lie commercials I have a house claim everyone told me they won't paid it and same day I cancel the policy they don't know what they and I was not wrong they did not paid you want a safe and secure house insurances state farm or nationalwide and as a bussines owner trust me. NJM NOOOO GOOD
Review for NJM as a whole, not specific to this location. Recently their insurance prices have gone through the roof. No tickets, no accidents, defensive driver course taken and they want $3500 annually for a Toyota Rav4! Progressive and Geico came in over $1k less for the same coverage.
Update: NJM made things right. Really thankful this company listens and does what it takes. I’m likely going to considering looking into them for car insurance too. Original review: Extremely disappointed with this company’s handling of my home insurance claim. Despite clear evidence of water leaks on both the first and second floors of my home — which obviously points to a roofing issue — they refused to cover any repairs to the roof. Their explanation?
