I rang Nat to come and view an unusual job of fitting and hanging a bespoke set of kitchen island lights. He was quick to engage with me, and we arranged a visit. He discussed my wishes, took away the wooden kitchen light set and agreed to the job. He contacted me a week later and a few days after that the job was completed. There was some drilling and plastering involved during the installation. Nat was very tidy, covering the kitchen work surfaces with a protective blanket during the job.
