I booked in for a PAT Test a few days ago with confirmation of an appointment for today (Friday, 22/08/2025) between 15:00 and 15:30. At 14:55 the gent turned up to my premises as I parked my car on the next street, making my way to the front to allow him to enter and conduct the test. He waited 2 minutes (until 14:57) before he left and onto another job. Very good cost/quality ratio. I had two single sockets converted to doubles. Quotes from other companies weren't comparable to the great price provided by Nigel. The quality of the work is very good and explained the work completed in a non-condescending way. We will be using NJM for all future electronic needs. The only gripe I had was communication was a bit slow initially but it's a busy time and workloads are restricted by COVID. It's not enough to put me off in future.
NJM does all my electrical work on my bathroom refurbishments for private and contract work , they use there years of experience to complete works in a professional and tidy manner and inline with all electrical regulations and i personally have no problem recommending them as i know they will go the extra mile to keep costs in budget and customers happy
