Great experience working with NJM Roof & Gutter Cleaning. Camron promptly visited my home in Beaverton to discuss scope of work. I had his proposal by that evening and work scheduled the following week. I live in Rainier Or and for some reason have a moss problem, on the parking pad walkway and especially the roof. I have cleaned it myself in the past then my Wife banned me from going on the roof ( hard to admit age has caught up to me). The MJM job leader was cordial and followed requests. They did a good job of cleaning moss off the roof and cleaning up afterwards. I asked his opinion on remaining life of the roof and he said it was OK and why. Camron is awesome to work with and a great communicator! Angel came out and worked really hard to clean my roof and gutters and install gutter guards! Overall great local company with above and beyond service!
NJM was great! Quick estimate and scheduling. They came out and cleaned debris off our roof, treated it for moss, and cleaned out our gutters. A couple things were missed during the initial visit and I reached out to see if it could be corrected. They came back out (no questions asked) and made sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciated their willingness to ensure all the work was completed and well done. We'll be using NJM in the future. Thanks!
