Not only did they come in an emergency, but they worked around our schedule performed all of the services we asked for plus and their pricing was so fair and their work is high-quality. They are local they’re responsible and they’re loyal to their family‘s business that has lasted here in Columbia County for years. We had our windows and the outside of our gutters cleaned. I have never given a perfect review until now. Our windows have NO streaks or spots at all and the gutters are completely white. Great job!
I am disappointed with the service and the lack of documentation. I was specifically expecting before and after photos to verify that the treatment I paid for was actually applied. Being told afterward that someone was watching and therefore no application photos were taken is not an acceptable explanation. Good service includes accountability and proper documentation, especially when customers cannot easily verify the work themselves. I had NJM roof and gutter cleaning power wash my porch and driveway and soft wash my vinyl siding. Adrian did a great job, everything looks fresh and clean.
