I was let down badly by NJH, placing a 'refundable' deposit of £250 on a car that I drove for 15 minutes and did not like the way the car drove. It was not at all how I expected. I requested my deposit back and NJH refused. I drove a 4 hour round trip to see the car, I had hired a car for £130 over a weekend (3 days) - the day/weekend rate at £250 would have bought me 2 weeks hire of a brand new car!!
