I’m very disappointed with the communication and care from the nurse that called me today. My son is on Dupixent, and after a few days he often develops reactions — redness, puffiness around his eyes, and this last time his entire face was extremely red. I called and left a voicemail on the nurse line on September 7th explaining what was going on. I didn’t get a call back until October 16th — over a month later.
