This company is very shady. We were promised group/individualize speech services and refused to provide one. So sad! The owner has no integrity on the work that she does for the special needs community. They have branches in Corona and Pomona, and I don't know how they survive. Pls be mindful that the owner is not honest in what she does, and I mean she throws everyone under the bus.
NJA has been amazing to our family. Our son has been receiving services here a little over a year now and our experience has been great. Communication is wonderful as well as flexibility. The staff/providers have been amazing, and have done and continue to do an excellent job with the services provided to our son. Our son enjoys attending his sessions and has really made improvement since we’ve been attending NJA. Thank you NJA!!
The worst Terapy service very poor management I would not recommend it’s a waste of time.....
I was satisfied with the service in the beginning, but they never answered the phone. Also, I dial the number that the operator said and nothing the answer that I have is 0 communication. I am still waiting to the stuff or supervisor to communicate with me.
