I took my Ultrex to John Ho for service on 6-5-18 and was invoiced for a new Control Board, Foot Pedal Sensor and Armature. The issue is that he only replaced the Armature (which should have been warranteed) and not the other two parts. Immediately afterwards I remembered that my old foot pedal sensor switch had a mark on it so when I checked the supposed new one it had the same mark.
