I like what they did with NJ Transit.
Literally the worst. Where do I start. Trains are frequently broken. Delays are abundant and the fair’s exorbitant. I do appreciate the lack of signage and poor communication as it helps me practice for when I’m traveling abroad. I have one star because the staff is usually friendly, otherwise I’d prefer to give 0/5.
