Edit to original review. My last order went very well, I planned ahead thinking it would be 7-10 days before the order was shipped but I was happy to be wrong, my order was placed on Wednesday morning and I received my order Friday!! Wow that was fast and the order was complete. I added another star also. If they keep this up I will delete the old review. Thanks NJSB 7 days after I placed my order and it still says processing. They did not disclose the shipping cost or give me shipping options until my order was placed. I contacted them to tell them to cancel my order as soon as it went through and I saw the shipping costs. ($22 to ship $6.50 worth of steel)This was before 9am at 2pm i got a notification that it had shipped at the exorbitant rate. No effort to contact me to try to change the shipping option. 0 follow through. Never again.

We brought our knives in to be sharpened and they did not disappoint. Extremely professional, contacted us when the knives were ready, and personable when we came to pick them up. Highly recommend!
