This is an excellent facility for physical therapy. At THE PLAINFIELD OFFICE, the Patients are warmly greeted by Melissa and Patricia, who consistently go above and beyond to ensure everyone feels welcomed and cared for. I have been one of their longest tenured patients at this facility since 2020. I have seen many patients come and go, but one thing you don’t see is a drastic difference in facility. The front receptionist Melissa and Patricia know how to take care of patients. The PT staff lead by Joan, are amazing in so many different ways. If you want a facility that is welcoming and treats you like family, but keeps it very professional, then I suggest you come here!!
