Update: will give a final recommendation on this place soon! Too bad some are impolite and act as though they are doing you a favor for their services! If the goods or services were free, then it would be another story! Your newness wears off after a couple weeks! Lol. Front desk lady with glasses and bonnet is always polite, nice and helpful! I’m writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had at your front desk on [insert date]. Despite having a 3:45 pm appointment, I was made to wait while patients with later appointments (4:00 and 4:15) were seen before me. Additionally, I felt discriminated against due to my language accent, which made the experience even more uncomfortable and upsetting.
