We hired this company for Moroccan rug cleaning and rug restoration after water leaked into our apartment. The rug smelled terrible and the edges were starting to curl. They cleaned and dried it properly at their factory and also fixed the damaged edges. The rug now looks and smells completely fresh again. I would definitely recommend them for hand-knotted rugs.

I recently used their Oriental rug cleaning service for a woven wool rug, and the experience was excellent. The team came to my home, carefully packed the rug, and explained their rug cleaning process in detail. It was taken to their factory, and after about 8 days, it was delivered back looking fresh, clean, and much brighter. Very professional service overall.

I brought in my Afghan hand-knotted wool rug for cleaning and minor repair. The rug had pet stains and years of dust. They picked it up, explained their rug cleaning process, and cleaned it at their warehouse. After about a week, it was returned completely transformed. The wool felt soft, the stains were gone, and the colors were revived. Their expertise in oriental rug cleaning and Afghan rugs really shows. Outstanding service.
