We are extremely happy with our solar project from NJ Renewable Energy and Exact Solar. Extremely professional and helpful throughout the process so far. We were given a run down of the project prior to start. Every step of the way so far they have live up to their words. They help with facilitating the financing with no problems. My wife and I spoke with Ed from NJ Renewable Energy. Ed was fantastic. He was very helpful. He took his time and discussed our solar panel situation at length. Our current solar panel system was set up 13 years ago by another company that went out of business. Ed helped us figure out what to do. Ed spoke to us with only our best interest in mind. He was completely honest. We are very thankful for his help.
NJ Renewable Energy was extremely helpful with our solar Installation process at our home Working with the construction office, DEP, zoning, lawyers, etc. They worked diligently on the solar design side too. Unfortunately the characteristics of the property and the home were not suitable in the eyes of the township. The project with cancelled. We asked NJRE for a refund of our substantial deposit. Without issue it was returned. Happy to see there are still honest companies in the world.
Ed came out and did a repair for our ground mount system about a year after installation. Part of our ground mount got bent somehow (I don't think it was installation error), but regardless, Ed came out and fixed it up for us quickly no questions asked. Solar panels need to last a long time and having someone who will not only just install it but be trustworthy to answer questions and support you later on is huge, so I have a lot of peace of mind with Ed.
