This place is a joke! I waited over 6 months for my birth certificate and social security card, that they told me they would help me aquire, and they told me not to worry 'it would be here soon'. It never came in, so I had already gotten my aforementioned documents months ago by myself. I knew not to trust those clowns, and I knew all they wanted to do was to cash in on my insurance, so they kept telling me lies.
