Ken Hall was amazing. We had a penny pinching insurance adjuster on the other side who was giving us a super hard time. They were going to deny the claim before Ken got involved. He basically rescued our claim from the ashes, resurrected it, and got us $60k more than we ever thought we'd see. He also lined up all of the mitigation people to go in take care of the water damage dry out before it was too late.
