If I could give them one and a half stars I would because honestly the therapist here are really good. They are just overworked by the owner. They each have around 35 to 40 clients a week. My therapist, even though I Liked them would constantly be late to my sessions, which was very annoying. Also, the office is horrendous. They don’t understand that people come to Therapy to get help for issues that they cannot help themselves. They don’t call back, I’ve left multiple messages over the past few weeks and they can’t seem to be bothered to respond. The psychiatrist I saw treated me like a guinea pig trying to push medications that my new psychiatrist said I didn't need and were actually detrimental. She also didn’t cancel my meds even though I said I wasn’t taking them and the pharmacy calls constantly to refill them. This 1 star excludes therapist Olivia, she’s awesome! Just unfortunate she’s a part of such a neglectful establishment.
