The quality of the work was exceptional. We had a new bathroom and kitchen put in. From their design to the quality of work was exceptional. I could not be happier with the end result and the owner Daniel communication throughout the project. I highly recommend them and will be using them for future projects.

Lets be honest, whenever you have to do work on your house the experience is usually nothing but stress and head aches. Between shopping for estimates and worrying if you are getting ripped off its something you can lose sleep over, especially if its a major job. But Daniel and the property brothers made the process effortless. I’m a real estate broker. Dan has extensive experience building and renovating homes from start to finish. No job is too small... he’s helped fix issues before closing including roof and plumbing issues last minute. He goes above and beyond ... He saw me before the closing removing the junk all alone from the house. He started grabbing the junk, loaded his truck, and dumped everything. He has a good heart and intentions.
