It was very difficult to find the place. There are no signs or any indication that "NJ Primary Care" even exists on these premises. Somehow I managed to find the place and was asked to fill up some very unprofessional looking paper forms (you could make out that these were just photo copies of another form.) I told the front desk that they should have all my information from ZocDoc, but the doctor said at the end of my visit that they do not have access to that information which sounds strange to me.
