My A/C was covered by PSE&G worry free program. However, once it had problem, the PSE&D technician needs me to call electrician for assistance and took one week to get parts. After getting the parts, they found the A/C needs replacement. The PSE&G provided me A/C replacement schedule: it will take a week to complete estimate and then to schedule the work. Ridiculously expensive. I needed a straightforward sump pump replacement within 2 days in order to have it fixed before I left for a trip of a few days. I was told $79 call out fee, refundable if I chose to have the recommended work done. Book a visit for the next day. Tech told me the price would be $1800. For a <$400 pump plus an hour of work. I was looking around for a decent company that can do the job without overcharging. I was able to find NJ pipe doctor. Mike Dankowski was punctual, knew what he was doing and very professional. He was able to explain the whole process and explained the future maintenance i would have to do. I will definitely be using NJ Pipe Doctor again. My septic tank was full. I had it pumped.
