My daughter comes here to get her eyebrows waxed. This is the second time that her skin is stripped off as well. She is left with burned marks. This is not okay! Do not come to this location for waxing!

I have been a long-time client at NT Nail Spa Coffee Road Location and while the service itself is consistently Great , I feel the atmosphere is not as relaxing as it should be. During my visits, I have even overheard a nail technician speaking about how they are the best and encouraging clients to only come to them. As an elderly woman, I value a calm and welcoming environment, and this type of conversation takes away from the peaceful experience I am looking for. Had an appointment with Lisa just now, absolutely hated her service! I felt like she rushed through my nails and I showed her the color I wanted and she brought me out another one saying it was the same thing I told her it wasn’t the numbers were different. When I asked her for another color she shook her head and said “no this one’s pretty”. I guess they get paid regardless why so what’s it matter what we say???
