I have been a long-time client at NT Nail Spa Coffee Road Location and while the service itself is consistently Great , I feel the atmosphere is not as relaxing as it should be. During my visits, I have even overheard a nail technician speaking about how they are the best and encouraging clients to only come to them. As an elderly woman, I value a calm and welcoming environment, and this type of conversation takes away from the peaceful experience I am looking for. Lisa is an amazing artist love her work.
Had an appointment with Lisa just now, absolutely hated her service! I felt like she rushed through my nails and I showed her the color I wanted and she brought me out another one saying it was the same thing I told her it wasn’t the numbers were different. When I asked her for another color she shook her head and said “no this one’s pretty”. I guess they get paid regardless why so what’s it matter what we say???
I got my nails and toes done the girl that did my toes was VERY good they look just like the picture I showed her the guy did a great job the shape was a little weird at first but he fixed it 100% recommend
