Only reason I'm giving this company 4 stars is because the workers did great work. The owner Brian never sent the guys back out to make sure my dehumidifier is working correctly to finish the job, which is not thier fault. Never gave me my order number so I can register with the manufacture my dehumidier and i had to call myself for the dumpster to get picked up, because he never called it in. Good quality, but not professional. $16000 for bad customerservice and things he should of been doing to complete the job. Now i have... read more
I recently used NJ mold pros for a water/foundation problem in my basement. They installed French drains and new pumps as well as mold removal and clean up. Brian is a real professional and he’s honest and fair. The Job done was not only done fast but it was also a fair price. Anyone who’s having mold or water/foundation problems this is the company to work with. Great customer service and there work is guaranteed for the life of the home.
