This is place is the worst to work for and the worst to call. Firstly, they don’t pay there employees and checks are always bouncing. Secondly, they don’t have enough vehicles to help anyone so they are always pushing people away. Everytime they answer your call they say it’s going to a supervisor and it never reaches them in reality. If I could give negative starts I would 0 out of 10 don’t work or call here. My family was charged 1700 dollars for a transport from Hackensack to our home in Morris County. The process of getting help and to understand why so much. I finally gave up and just paid the inflated amount. Also this was a transport of a dying family member who was coming home to pass peacefully. Even when I gave up and decided to pay they never cashed my check until I followed up. I had to kick and scream to get an answer.
