Bad experience. Place is not going out of business. Silly marketing ploy.. store closing (for restructuring). Those signs have been up for years. Informed the salesperson we were looking for a firm mattress. We were shown firm and agreed to buy one. They delivered a plush. Looked at the receipt, conveniently left off a description of the mattress, leaving only the brand. Was told there’s nothing they can do, all sales final. Avoid this place if you can.

Went in looking for a box spring. Owner was very helpful and not pushy. They delivered it a few days later, installed it, and took the old one for us. Whole thing took 5 minutes. Very pleased!

This store is going out of business, so mattresses are selling really cheap. The employee was very helpful and knowledgeable. I also got a box spring and had no issues with purchase process.

Great purchase. Marcus knows his mattresses. He will take care of you and will steer you in the right direction without pressure. Quick delivery and setup by professional crew. If you are in the mattress market head there now for the big sale.

I worked in sales for over 15 Years and know Excally how ur suppose treat customers.. they did the complete opposite! All they do is stand over you spitting out numbers and rush you out to make a decision and we’re completely unprofessional & rude... when I’m spending over 2000 dollors I rather not take “5 Minutes!” to make the Choice of my mattress.
