Be very cautious dealing with this company and technician (MO). I was told I was getting a “great deal” on an AC replacement, but it turned out to be a basic, low-efficiency Goodman system priced like higher-end units. Last summer, MO added refrigerant to my system and said there was no leak. Another company later confirmed there was a leak, and the issue came back within two weeks. From April, 2026: You’re likely looking for a plumber. Let me help you with that research. My work with NJ Masters actually started a couple of years ago. In fact, I left a positive review here after that experience. Previous plumbers seem to start ok and then disappear when you really need them. I don’t worry about that now. I called upon Mo recently when my boiler was making noises and showing signs of not keeping the house warm. I needed my leaky galvanized water service line replaced from the curb valve in the sidewalk into the basement. I obtained various quotes and decided to go with Moe. He took the extra time to explain everything in detail. He is extremely knowledgeable and, most of all, honest. The end result was flawless. Much better than I expected and the price was more than reasonable. Highly recommend Moe and his team.
