Absolutely the best experience I have ever had. Prompt, polite and exceptional service. I used their services for my daughter's birthday party. The owner who I spoke to make arrangements was kind, accommodating and definitely proud of his business. The driver was the same. I have referred at least a half a dozen colleages for services.

Very unprofessional and rude. Non accommodating to requests and left 10 mins before the required contracted time then decided to be very rude when spoken to about that. Demanding as well in regards to tipping which I would happily obliged but tipping was mentioned as soon as we arrived for the ride. Overall need to fix their customer service experience and tone when speaking to customers.
We booked a 12 passenger stretch Limo with NJ Limo Bus for a trip to NYC, and the experience was excellent. The Limo was clean comfortable and exactly as promised. Our driver Peter was amazing, professional, punctual and very courteous throughout the trip. Everything ran smoothly from pickup to drop-off.
