Phone number was a scam for a $100 rebate where they "need" your bank account number to give you the money. Where the robo-call won't let you proceed until you "Press 1" to hear more about it that stunning, definitely-not-a-scam rebate that they graciously offer you. They hung up on me several times when I called to ask about ketamine treatments. Just silence and hung up.
