Highly suggest not working with Dan. He was great in the beginning. Came out and talked us what type of addition we could do. We signed contract and had the architect come out, then they requested more money for us to obtain the drawings. I refused saying I did not want to do the project anymore. He spoke to my husband behind my back, and talked my husband into giving more money. Then we got the drawings. We started this months ago. They hired people and DONT PAY THEM!!!! DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!!!!
Don’t trust this so called Co They hire ppl to start work and they don’t pay the subs. Also there are many home owners who are taking Dan to court. And he doesn’t show up. He takes deposit and runs. Truth to this story in multiple houses around the area.
Don’t do business with these people! They contracted my father in-laws company to do roofing for one of their projects and never payed $4300 for the job. I see that it’s common that this company doesn’t pay according to the reviews
Save yourself the trouble of hiring a lawyer by avoiding this company. They steal money, whether you are getting a job done or working for them. They failed to pay subcontractors like roofers and painters. Do not trust this company. Even if you are short on money Daniel Sachkowsky, others still need to be paid.
