I can't say enough good things about my experience with Gabriel from Heat Masters. My AC went out and I called expecting the usual runaround — instead, Gabriel was at my door within 2 hours. Two hours! On a same-day call! He diagnosed the problem fast and had my AC back up and running in about 10 minutes. No upselling, no inventing extra "problems" to pad the bill — just an honest, straightforward fix. We’ve used Heatmasters several times for different things. Our old ac, our gas line to our barbecue and this past week he installed a new ac unit (our old one was 25 years old and too small for the house) and a new furnace which was 20 years old. Gabriel and his team are awesome. Very experienced and knowledgeable on all aspects of hvac and extremely reliable. He always answers when we call or returns calls promptly. And very fair prices. We can’t recommend Heatmasters enough!

On one of the hottest days of the year, the owner was at my house in less than 30 minutes. He fixed the AC at a very reasonable price. I couldn't be happier with the service! Exceptional customer service!

24/7 indeed! Gabriel was the only one out of several “24/7” companies we called overnight when we lost heat during frigid temperatures. He answered immediately and walked us through a quick fix to get the heat going. As promised, he was at our door early the next morning, quickly diagnosed the issue, and fixed both heating zones in no time. Fair pricing and a true pleasure to work with. I’ll definitely be recommending him to anyone in need of HVAC service!

This was the second time we used Gabriel for some ac repairs. He was at my house within an hr of speaking to him. He was extremely knowledgeable and fast with the repairs. Explained everything to us in detail.
