Holiday Shop NOPE Rude and unprofessional manager/owner or whatever, Anthony L. I wish could post the nasty email to our organization here for the court of public opinion to see. I wouldn't mind one bit. We are switching vendors this year and cannot wait! Also, to all the smaller organizations especially non profits, read your contracts carefully. It's $500 bucks to them even if you can't hit that (which we did), or if you have to cancel. Don't get sucked in!
Hands down the BEST company to deal...staff are the best, prices CAN'T be beat...I first started using the company for our PTA holiday shoppe when it came time for a company event I didn't hesitate to look elsewhere - their carnival and amusement rentals are wonderful!!!! Their staff running the different blow up attractions were so polite and a joy to have at our event.
