I would never recommend NJ Fun Services to anyone. Their event staff at the festival I attended were absolutely terrible. The customer service was non-existent — employees were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. What really shocked me were the unsafe practices. Most of the staff were glued to their phones while strapping kids into harnesses and sending them 20 feet into the air on bungee trampolines. That kind of negligence is unacceptable and dangerous. Holiday Shop NOPE Rude and unprofessional manager/owner or whatever, Anthony L. I wish could post the nasty email to our organization here for the court of public opinion to see. I wouldn't mind one bit. We are switching vendors this year and cannot wait! Also, to all the smaller organizations especially non profits, read your contracts carefully. It's $500 bucks to them even if you can't hit that (which we did), or if you have to cancel. Don't get sucked in!
