I began with the NJ Fitness Factory in Bloomfield after seeing an ad for it come across my Facebook newsfeed because one of my friends "liked" it. About six months prior, I had terminated my membership at a big box gym - basically because after the first month of my 12 month membership I lost interest in going. After a back injury and a pregnancy I had gained a ton of weight that I couldn't get off and I felt awful. After seeing a Groupon for NJFF and reading great reviews I decided to try it and I am so happy I did. I do individual training 2x a week with Tyler and have lost over 20 lbs in a little over three months. The exercise routines were amazing, I had so much energy for the rest of the day. The staff and trainers are very professional and friendly. I really enjoyed working out in an environment that was exciting, motivating and individualized to my needs. As someone who does not like working out and has never really lasted at a gym on a consistent basis, I would have to say NJ fitness factory has changed all of that. I now look forward to working out and going to the gym on a regular basis.
