I have had nothing but great results since coming to NJFASST. Coach Pedulla knows a ton of information that will help any athlete in their sport. Personally, I have felt a significant increase in my arm strength and mobility. Both are very important factors to continue playing baseball at the next level. His speed training has had a huge affect on me as well.
