I just left NJFamily Care and I’m very pleased with their in-person customer service. Brandon assisted me in finding an error and resubmitting my application for me. The staff is very nice and helpful, and I was in and out quick. 👑
Horrible! It’s almost 4 months and still no insurance! This was something they messed up on their end sending my paperwork to my ex husbands address. He never filled out paperwork and left me with no insurance! I have stated many times he does not live with me and they went ahead and sent my paperwork to him!
