I am deeply disappointed in the way this company manages and holds accountable the realtors (Mike Pszczola) who represent them. It’s concerning to see one of their agents (Mike) using social media to boast about personal wealth while simultaneously belittling and demeaning others. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also reflects poorly on NJ Elite as a whole. Based on this experience, I would never consider engaging with anyone affiliated with this organization for any real estate needs. Do better.
