Absolutely loved Teri’s beach yoga class! She has such a warm, personable style and made everyone feel comfortable. The class was both relaxing and refreshing—highly recommend!
My Mom has been raving about nj beach yoga for years! Once or twice a summer I have the pleasure of joining her! This year with my nieces as well! So relaxing, every level, most serene setting. A great way to start your day while on vacation!
I have been coming to beach yoga for 4 years now as often as they happen and LOVE IT!! It is the highlight of my vacation every summer! Teri is AMAZING and really does a great job making sure the practice is open to every level!! I even brought my 8 year old daughter for the first time this year and she keeps asking when yoga day is next!! Thank you Teri, Amber and Lyn for being an amazing start to our mornings during our vacation!!
We booked Terri for a beach yoga class during a bachelorette weekend. Terri was so amazing! Her communication was great leading up to the class, she held the most fun class on the beach with partner poses that made us feel so connected. At the end, she gifted us each a shell, including a custom one she painted for the bride. It was such a great start to the weekend.
Teri is an amazing enthusiastic yogi who makes everyone welcome. Practicing yoga on the beach is like non other. I highly recommend ❤️❤️
