I was stranded out of state (I'm from NY); I googled a shop nearby and saw this place's high ratings. So, I called and made arrangements for my car to be towed to the shop. Mr Firas is a pleasant human being. He explained to me that my tranny needed to be replaced and I opted not to invest that kind of money on a 2005 car with such high mileage.
