Had my VF150 SHO updated with the 232 tune. The mid-range and top-end power are amazing, yet it still purrs like a kitten at idle. The outboard is fitted to a 19โ10โ G3 Sportsman bass boat with a 21โ pitch SS prop. Prior to the flash, it I could hit 50mph with a lot of fiddling with the trim and long straight runs. After the Nizpro tune, it will hit 55mph without any trim adjustments and will hit 57 with trim fiddling (although engine speeds exceed 6k about 55 mph). I could probably go to a bigger prop, but 55 is fast enough...ย read more
Flashed my Yamaha 200SHO. Gained 35% better fuel mileage after increasing my prop pitch due to the increase in power. Cruises effortlessly at 4.5+ mpg. 3-3.2mpg cruise before the Nizpro tune. Best money spent on the boat.ย
