Jake was extremely friendly from the start and took the time to answer all my questions without ever making me feel dumb — which was refreshing, especially after calling a few other shops that weren’t nearly as welcoming. Jake is amazing to work with. From the moment we first reached out, he was prompt to respond and super helpful. When we brought our Wagoneer in, he took the time to explain all of the options so that we could choose the best option for our family. Probably the best Customer Service I have ever received. Jake was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions on the phone and was able to get me in right away.
