This “lazy” driver (who I assume is not handicapped), couldn’t spend the effort to walk the extra 15 ft. to park along the curb (in the legal shipping /receiving area). They were blocking the “patient pick up and drop off” area of “Luminous Health” medical building in Chester Md. on 6-6-22 @ 11:15am (this is also a No Parking/ Fire lane, info provided to ID the driver).
