Nixon continues to operate with unscrupulous business practices. The most recent issue was charging us an early termination fee for a contract that was never renewed. After our parent company signed a 5-year contract in 2017, we broke off from the parent company in 2020 but continued paying for services untill 2024, SEVEN whole years after the parent company signed the agreement. Our experience with Nixon Medical has been nothing short of frustrating. From the start, they require you to sign a contract—but what they fail to clearly disclose is that it’s a five-year commitment. This critical detail is buried in the middle of the agreement and never verbally explained. Despite the contract, Nixon repeatedly failed to provide the services they promised. We have been waiting for a refund check for over a month. The company has practically ghosted me. They overcharged us after we cancelled, overcharged us while we were still customers, and accused us of hiding linens. Terrible customer service and impossible to work with.
