Long waiting list for everything. No voicemail service, so often cant reach them or leave msg.!
Despicable treatment! Over 20 seniors with poor vision hearded in a very small waiting room with not enough chairs. I was with my elderly father in a wheelchair and there was simply NO room. Booked in several patients at the exact same time. Treat seniors better. Absolutely horrible. Do better!
Most inhumane process imaginable. Keep everyone waiting under maximum stress 4 hours pre-op for a 15 minute surgery. Needs to learn how to schedule. Absolutely horrible experience.
