I reached out to Nixon Disability for an overpayment I received from social security. We filed an appeal last June and i have not heard from them since. I have called Nixon Disability Law, I have sent countless emails and I have not received a single response. I have received 2 more overpayment notices and my wages have been garnished and I have yet to hear from Nixon Disability Law even once. Im now having to file bankruptcy. Thanks for absolutely Nixon. Complete and total joke.
I heard many good things about Nixon but after they agreed to help my disability case I never heard from him again nor did he assist in my appeal. I missed my appeals date and had to reapply on my own. I never received a call back after leaving several voicemails.
